BEGINNERS PHOTO WORKSHOP OPEN TO ALL WOMEN!

I went back and forth with this one...leave it for high school girls or open to ALL women. I had so many requests for me to open up to all ladies, that I did! Capping it at 15 still, but will have a cool prize for one lucky person if I fill the class up! Look at the bottom post for details on the workshop and you can register by clicking the button to the right. This is going to be such a fun class! I can't wait! Again, this is for beginners. We will be learning the basics of your DSLR camera (no point and shoots please.) I have one extra camera that I can loan out if you let me know BEFORE you register. Just to make sure I haven't lent it out already. You will learn ISO, aperture/F-stops, and shutter speed. We will also be putting our skills to use the second half of the day with a photo shoot with some great models! Any questions, email me or comment!

Beginners Photography Workshops for Girls!

Okay, time for some fun stuff! I will be teaching a one day workshop on beginning photography just for girls 15-21! Cost is $95 and will be held at Homestead Farms in Lynden on December 29th from 9:30-4:00. You must have a DSLR (no point and shoot) and bring with you to class. I do have a couple extra cameras but you must let me know BEFORE you register so I don't lend them to someone else. The first half of the day we will go over the basics ISO, aperture/F-stops, shutter speed, we are going to get you out of point and shoot mode! The second half of the day we will be putting our new skills to work with a photo shoot. We will be practicing on real people! This is going to be such a fun class, so register fast as I am capping the class at 15 students. Lunch will also be served. Another pretty gal..

Seriously, I look at these photo's and think back to my high school photo's. Oh dear, they were so butt ugly. I must find one to show. I am pretty sure I was sporting a rolled bang and some white hoisery. Good thing this young gal has nothing to worry about. She wont cringe when she has to look back 20 years later, like I do. Such a pretty girl who was so fun to photograph. Enjoy!
